Requirement for Operations Support Consultant – CC India

Job description:

The Analyst will be responsible for preparing dashboard on a monthly basis. Analyst will report to the Director- CC India Right shore unit

Manage and operate the CC India dashboard reporting process

Communicate with team -contact to gather together data required for the dashboard

Produce reports /updates (in ppt format) using dataset in accordance with monthly timescales

Carry out additional ad-hoc analysis on data if required by CC India management team

Communicate feedback/issues with CC India Dashboard process to the management team

Support the local resource tagging activities for CC India.

Continuously monitor progress of individual SLA’s /SOW’s that were previously agreed with stakeholders and local management team

Relevant experience

Prior exposure & good know how about the CG l service lines or Sectors

Some experience in handling and understanding data, metrics, KPIs and management information

Mandatory

Minimum 2-3 years experience working as part of a Project Office in a large global IT organisation in reporting

Background in Data Centres, Service Desk, etc.

Outstanding analytical and analysis capabilities

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office toolset especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
