• Identification / Review of Test Cases & Test Scenarios
• Test Execution
• Defect Management Life Cycle
• Strategy level understanding of Black box testing (System, System Integration & Regression testing concepts)
• Experience in creating test plans & test design
• Experience in leading small test teams
• Experience in team management, status reporting, project tracking, metrics collection and reporting

Role Details:

• Productive knowledge of one or more programming languages and software platforms
• Good understanding of quality programming guidelines, understanding of software development life cycles
• Can work independently without much guidance on programming
• Good understanding of software development constructs
• Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts
• Adds value on the project by pushing back with the technical lead on the requirements and seeks to improve the end solution being offered
