Looking for Quality Analyst for Leading CMMI Level 5 Company.

Experience: 2 to 4+yrs.
Job Location: Kolkata
Job Type: Regular
Qualification: Must be B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.sc, M.Tech (Regualr, with 60% & Above)
Job Requirements:
• Design, develop and perform test cases to perform a range of QA and Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing
• Test results Analysis, Test Design documentation
• Create test plans and test estimates based on functional requirements
• Writing scripts using Mercury test tools QTP (9.2)
• Define Product, project & process metrics appropriate to the organization
• knowledge on Implementation of CMMI, ISO, ISMS & SQA processes
• Experience in GAP Analysis
• Metrics Controller in the CMMI implementation team
• Facilitate project team in effective implementation of QMS in an agile environment
• Review the effectiveness of the QMS, and reporting the MR on the status on implementation of the QMS
• Spreading awareness of customer focus and quality among the employees
• Define Product, project & process metrics appropriate to the organization
Personal abilities and skills
• Strong English skills
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Salary: Would commensurate with skill & experience.
