Job Title: Business Analyst
Relevant Experience: 3+ Yrs

Location: Bangalore (will have to work through Synova at IBM)
Required Skills:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translating client need/ project outcome into proper business output.
Developing & presenting recommendations to client management team
Providing client interface, and manage relationships with client management (mid to senior) team
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Structuring and conducting independent analysis
Proficient in using MS Office – particularly Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & pleasant personality
Strong analytical skills to translate modeling output to business friendly communication
Ability to make disciplined decisions
Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills
Flexible and adaptable to change and ability to multitask
Having Testing project experience
