Testing in HP for BPO division
Hewlett-Packard is hiring for Testing Engineers in its BPO divison with the below mentioned skills
Location:Chennai
Role:
The test engineer role in the Knowledge Engineering services - Testing Team, part of the WW Sale operations, and Tests HP product releases during the product development.
The role incumbent will also be responsible to report test results and enter problems and issues into the bug database. Writes or assists in the development of test plans and test procedures. Manages the defect database under the guidance of senior QA engineers. Assists in the automation of relevant test procedures. Assists in review of test processes as they are developed. Knowledge on QTP and Quality Center tool (QC) is a must.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. Good knowledge on analytics.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Manual / Automated testing (QTP and QC). Note: ** The position is aligned to the BPO and not to SW Development/Testing**
Shift: 5.30PM to 2.30AM
