• Diverse and deep experience utilizing Java tools in business, Web, and client-server environments including Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Enterprise Java Bean (EJB), Java Server Pages (JSP)
• Good Knowledge in developing Web services, JMS (Java Messaging)
• Solid understanding & experience of several of the following technologies: Struts / Spring (Framework), Hibernate / iBatis (ORM Framework), JDBC, JNDI, JTA, JPA, LDAP
• Strong Knowledge in JUnit (Unit testing)
• Experience in software development, systems integration or ... of web development protocols SOAP / REST using messaging formats like JSON / XML

• Familiar with technologies including XML, Web service, FBML and Facebook Connect
• Familiarity with Zend, Symfony or similar PHP frameworks

Expertise: Flex
Experience: 2.5 – 7 years

• Experience in building mobile applications using AIR

Expertise: Ruby on Rails
Experience: 2.5 – 7 years
Key Skills:-
• Rich ROR development experience
• Should be hands on with MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Should have experience with JQuery/Prototype or other similar JavaScript libraries
• Should have a working knowledge of CSS
• Must understand MVC, Web services - REST, SOAP
• Should have an understanding of how web/application servers work.
• Should be able to handle a UNIX (Linux/Mac) system - familiarity with configuration and deployment of Rails applications on a server is desirable
• Should have experience with version control - Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git / Mercurial is desirable
• Agile/SCRUM exposure is desirable

• Strong command line skills. Should be familiar with scp, rsync, sudo, grep and find.
• Networking - Should have good knowledge in TCP IP concepts, Subnetting and firewalls.
• Flexible - Should be ready to provide local desktop support also
• Familiar with cloud computing
• Familiar with various version control systems like SVN & GIT
• Shell Scripting skills, not mandatory though
• Willing to work in 24x7 shifts

• Experience in SQL Server including Stored Procedures and triggers
• In-depth knowledge of systems analysis and design(for 5+years of experience)
• Exposure to software life cycle and agile methodologies
• Prior exposure to Silverlight/WPF, WCF, Entity Framework will be a plus
• Strong client facing and communication will be a plus
